Journal Guidelines
Length and Presentation of Contributions:
Articles should preferably be in the region of 2,000–6,000 words and no longer than 6,000. Submissions should be
submitted electronically as Word documents (please do not send PDF files).
The text should be ordered under appropriate sub-headings (not numbered paragraphs or sections). Three levels of sub-
heading are possible. Please double space all text. All text must be Times New Roman, 12 font. Margins requirements are
as follows: Left 1 inch, Right 1 inch, Middle 1/2 inch, Top 1 inch, Bottom 1 inch. All graphs and figures must be numbered.
Tables should be reduced to the simplest form and present only essential data. Notes should be numbered consecutively
in the text and typed in plain text at the end of the paper. Use endnotes only; label with 1,2,3 etc.
Number of Files: 2
You must submit a Title Page in addition to the paper.
The title page should show the names and addresses of the authors, their professional status and affiliation and the
address (including e-mail) to which correspondence should be sent. As this page will not be sent to referees, the title of
the article (without author names) should be repeated on the first text page. An abstract should be provided on the first text
page, comprising about 200 words.
Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, submissions are received on the understanding that they are original contributions, and have
not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. If published, the author still has the right to freely distribute the
work for non-commercial and commercial purposes (including posting it on public web sites). The publisher can freely
distribute the entire journal, but not the individual article by it self, for non-commercial and commercial purposes. Each
author will receive a copy of the journal.
Double Blind Review Process
Academic papers will be subject to a ‘double blind’ review - the anonymity of both authors and referees will be preserved
throughout the refereeing process. Papers by authors who are not academics (for example submissions from practising
entrepreneurs) will also be subject to review before acceptance, but their distinct nature and aims will be fully taken into
account. The review process takes about 4-6 weeks.
